Maybe your child isn’t into the cowboy look. Another inexpensive look may be a Wizard with a long cloak, pointy hat and fake beard. Cloth can be found at any inexpensive thrift store or fabric store for just a few dollars a yard. A piece of poster board rolled into a cone shape and covered in fabric would work nicely for a Wizard cap, and wouldn’t be too heavy on the child’s head. A clean, dry, stringy mop head would give the perfect look for a Wizard’s beard. If you choose to add a wand, a yard stick will do. You may also be able to find a small plastic one from a toy store in your location.

Ending drug use in sports. With the Mitchell Report that came out in late 2007, and other steroids news throughout last year, it is time for us to clean up the sporting scene. I predict new standards set in baseball, as well as other sports, for testing players and for regulating the penalties for what happens if you use drugs. If we want to keep baseball as an american past time, these sports celebrities will need to have major makeovers to redeem themselves in the eyes of Americans.
Use any number of things to make the earrings: beads, faux stones or jewels, sequin, buttons, or other craft supplies. Hot glue usually works fine to hold the items in place on the metal shape. You can even put fabric, lace and other materials on first, then add shells, ribbon, or other objects.
In the distance the Great Cross, over 200 feet tall, reminds spirituality seekers that this is the cradle of Catholic Christianity in America. As you keep walking, you’ll see various monuments to the Catholic faith. The Stations of the Cross are represented by stone memorials; statues of St. Francis of Assisi, St. Joseph, and Father Francisco Lopez de Mendoza Grajales (the priest who orchestrated the first Mass) also dot the mission grounds. The statue of Fr. Lopez is particularly photogenic because it sits along the waterfront at the Lagoon.
Mitt Romney at least made a fortune in the private sector. I guess you could call his boutique firm, Bain Capital, a small business. But I bet he never swept the floor trying to save the money on a cleaning person. He may have built that fortune but it wasn’t with the proceeds of his house being mortgaged to the hilt to allow him to pursue that dream. He had contacts and referrals from his father and mother. Governor Romney went to Harvard Business School and Law School. He worked hard and diligently for everything he accomplished. But Mitt is certainly not one of the guys from the neighborhood who made good. I doubt he can understand what it is like to be sweating out collecting what is owed to you so you can pay your employees that week.
